Wrong Music’s Ebola goes back to 1987 to revisit the scene of one of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s most famous movies - Predator. This release is just one of the “Schwarzernegger series” on Net-lab, which is Wrong Music’s netlabel division. This must be one of the most hilarious concepts for a series of albums, which I feel doesn’t actually mock the “Governator”, but plays tribute to some of his unforgettable screen roles which you might have enjoyed as a little kid.
Musically the album is your typical Ebola-styled breakcore interweaved with choice samples from the film. Yes, it also includes that famous countdown self-destruct sequence! Perhaps it is a simple album, but Ebola’s manic methods shine through, making this a riotous listen.
Even if breakcore is not your thing it’ll make you break out in laughter.
samples will be up soon, when i get back to my own desktop!
